Come and enjoy an old-fashioned day out at the Saint Theresa's Fair in Eygalières on Sunday 6 October!
The Saint Theresa's Fair, organised by the Office Municipal de la Culture (OMC) and the ‘Li Cacharello’ folk group, takes place every year on the 1st Sunday in October.
For a whole day, Eygalières takes a trip back in time to the 1900s.
This old-fashioned day takes us back to the beginning of the last century, with a host of exhibitors showing off the trades of yesteryear.
The villagers stroll around in costume, on foot, in horse-drawn carriages or on bicycles, with all the old trades represented.
Two parades, featuring a large number of costumed villagers and folk groups, pass through the village:
- at 11am: departure from ‘La Sousto’ retirement home
- at 3.30pm: departure from the War Memorial
Free access.
