On Thursday 31 October at 8.30pm, come and discover a unique show at the Alpilium! A real American-style show.
The Kenyan artists' show, which attracts over 300,000 spectators worldwide, makes a diversion to Saint-Rémy. It's an American-style show with a real edge!
In an elegant nightclub reminiscent of the Cotton Club, following the whims of an extravagant vintage radio playing rhythm'n'blues music, the barman and waiters are transformed into artists. They perform a series of balancing acts, human pyramids, fire limbo and acrobatic jumps to the lively soundtrack of John Landis' film The Blues Brothers.
The Black Blues Brothers is an acrobatic cabaret created in 2014 by 5 Kenyan acrobats as a tribute to the cult film The Blues Brothers. The performance was voted best physical theatre show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
