Journées Européennes du Patrimoine Chapelle Saint-Lambert Mas-Blanc-des-Alpilles
Mairie Mas-Blanc-des-Alpilles

Guided tour of the Chapelle Saint-Lambert on Saturday 21 September, for the European Heritage Days.

Built in the 12th century on a hill 40 metres above the plain, set back from the village of Mas-Blanc, the chapel of Saint Lambert is hidden away in an island of greenery, at the end of a dirt track that smells of thyme and rosemary. The smallest chapel in the region, you can visit it and hear all about its rich and surprising history!

From 2.30pm to 6pm, someone from the Sainte-Marthe association will be on hand at the Chapel to show you around.

Meeting point: Place de la Mairie car park
Pedestrian access with a 5-minute signposted route to the chapel (warning: crossing a secondary road).
